Reflexology

Reflexology can help reduce stress and tension, support better sleep, uplift mood, promote a deep sense of relaxation and improve overall well-being. It is based on the theory that the entire body is mirrored in specific reflex points on the feet. These points are believed to correspond with organs, glands, and other bodily systems and by gently stimulating these areas it can help to bring balance to the body and promote the body’s natural self-healing process.
1 hour session, including consultation, a minimum 45 minute treatment and a review = £45.
Block booking of 6 sessions = £270 and receive 7th treatment for 1/2 price (valid for 6 months).
Please also note that my treatment room is on the first floor and there are a flight of stairs to climb. If this is an issue for you, please let me know and I can re-arrange things to accommodate you.
Please allow approximately 1hr 30minutes for your first treatment and 1hr 15minutes for subsequent treatments.

Aromareflex

Aromareflex is reflexology with the added benefits of aromatherapy.
Reflexology: A non-invasive holistic therapy based on the theory that the whole body is represented in the reflexes in the feet.
Aromatherapy: The therapeutic use of essential oils from plants to support the improvement of physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
An aromareflex treatment includes;
a brief consultation, at which time we will discuss your needs and decide upon the best essential oils to use,
a full reflexology treatment, including massage on your lower legs, using your personally blended lotion,
a review at the end of the treatment,
guidance on how to use the remaining lotion at home as part of an aftercare package.
1 hour session, £55.

Parent & Baby Reflexolgy Classes
Parent & baby reflexology classes are the perfect way to bond with your baby.
Sessions are available one-to-one or in small classes.
I run a 3-week course, suitable for parents and babies from 4 weeks to walking. During this course, you’ll learn easy-to-use reflexology techniques to confidently support your baby at home. These gentle movements support relaxation, encourage better sleep, soothe digestion, and strengthen the bond between you and your baby.
Classes are very relaxed and suitable for all parents and carers. You’ll also receive a free goodie bag, including take-home guidance to help you continue the benefits long after the course ends.

The Reflexology Experience
I offer a light touch therapy, suitable for people at any age.
All treatments begin with the completion of a short health questionnaire, after which you will be assisted to the couch where you will be made comfortable before the reflexology begins. Having first observed the feet, I will then begin the light touch treatment, which will typically last between 45 – 50 minutes. Following the treatment there will be an opportunity for us to review the session.
For taster sessions and workplace treatments the timings will be reduced as discussed and agreed at time of booking.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment
Initial treatment – an advance payment of the full cost is required at time of booking.
Following treatments – full payment is required on the day of the treatment.
Payments can be made via BACS or in cash.
Cancellations
Whilst I do appreciate that emergencies may occur, please be aware that I reserve the right to charge the full cost of a treatment, if the cancellation is made within less than 24 hours or you are a no show (for party and workforce bookings this applies if cancellations are made within less than a week’s notice).
If you need to re-schedule your appointment please let me know as soon as possible and we will fix an alternative date.
If, for any reason, I need to reschedule your appointment, I will of course give you as much notice as possible so we can find a suitable alternate date.
